About the Warm Rapids Inn

|
The Warm Rapids Inn is centrally located in the lush Cowichan
Valley and offers adult-oriented facilities in a scenic rural setting.
Situated on an acreage covered by towering trees and thriving native plants,
our 8-10 person country inn has much to offer, including the fact that it is an ideal getaway
from the stress and commotion of urban life.
Whether you choose to relax by the fire, walk the nearby trails
or paddle the Cowichan River, you’ll quickly appreciate
the area’s natural beauty.
Many of our guests choose to join us for kayaking lessons on the nearby Cowichan
River. Designated a Canadian Heritage River in 2003, this 47 kilometre long river is of great scenic and historic interest. The Cowichan River is the perfect river to learn on given its gentle rapids, mild temperatures and magnificent scenery.
To minimize our ecological footprint, we recycle, compost, collect rainwater, use low-flow fixtures and avoid using herbicides and pesticides. We also use a solar panel to power a water pump at our new yurt.
