• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, travelers’ cheques and cash
• We recommend making summer and holiday reservations well in advance
• Early departures will be charged for the full time period reserved
• The swimming pool and hot tub are unsupervised. Our Pool Rules and Hot Tub Rules are posted. Use at your own risk
• The Warm Rapids Inn is a non-smoking facility
• Well trained pets are welcome by prior arrangement but cannot be in guest rooms in the inn (so that our rooms can remain allergen free)

• If you have to cancel within seven days of your reservation and we do not rent the room to someone else, a charge will apply for one night’s stay including tax. Kayaking Lesson & Tour Policies*

Space is limited, and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment in full is required at the time of booking for all river, surf and one day ocean kayaking trips. Credit will be given toward a future trip for cancellations where notice is received no less than 7 days in advance of the one day course or tour. For multi-day kayak trips, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remainder is due 30 days prior to the trip. Should you need to cancel your multi-day trip, we will offer a refund less 15% of the trip cost if we receive notice 31 days or more in advance of the trip. Cancellations received 30 days or less in advance will be offered a credit toward another trip in the future. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended and can be purchased from any travel agent.

*Note: It is essential that all whitewater and surf course participants providing their own equipment bring the following: kayak with proper flotation bags, paddle, sprayskirt, pfd (lifejacket), wetsuit, paddling jacket, helmet, and booties.
